I am writing this in a whisper (or sotto voce if I'm showing off) as I don't want to provoke our notoriously fickle weather system but it's been sunny here for the last 3 days... This is a major achievement. I suspect if it goes on much longer we'll have our water rationed and only be allowed to shower once a week but at the moment let's just enjoy the warm(ish) rays and keep our fingers crossed...

Yay for sunny weather! (I whispered that in an excited stage whisper) Here in the Shenandoah Valley our weather is VERY fickle. For example, on one quite notorious day we went from temps in the 60s (morning) to snow (late afternoon). Not kidding.
i will have my dad in law stop braggin on the sunshine.. of course he is a a few counties away from you. Perchance his fortissimo voice shant effect your weather after all! ;)
